Position: Interior Designer / Project Manager
Panorama Interior Ltd is now looking for an Interior Designer to join their team, who will manage the designs of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and builders on-site, responding promptly to requests
Ensure designs are regularly updated in writing, with all changes documented
Liaise with builders to explain design elements and drawings
Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories for each project
Identify and address any snags or discrepancies between designs and on-site conditions
Ensure timely delivery of all materials
Keep the office-based design team updated with daily results or changes on-site
Experience Required:
Previous experience in a similar role within an Interior Design office
Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings
Ability to update project schedules and manage budgets
Experience in purchasing and ordering materials
Strong project management skills
Effective communication skills for working with clients and team members
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Skills:
Strong communication skills
Analytical skills
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Photoshop (Revit, AutoCAD, and 3Ds Max are a plus, but not required)
Problem-solving abilities
Valid driving license
