Wilderness Way is seeking a dedicated OT to provide specialist, therapeutic support to children within our care. About the Role As a Sessional Occupational Therapist, you will: Conduct assessments to understand children’s sensory, physical, and functional needs. Design and deliver tailored OT interventions that promote emotional regulation, sensory integration and functional independence. Work collaboratively with care teams to embed therapeutic strategies into daily routines. Provide specialist guidance and training to support teams. Contribute to transition planning, ensuring children leave our care equipped with essential skills. What We’re Looking For HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist who is experienced with working with children. Strong understanding of trauma-responsive child-centred approaches. Ability to develop and implement strategies to support children with complex needs. Passion for working with children who may present behaviours which challenge.
