Events and Communications Executive
Salary: Up to £30,000- £35,000
Location: BD1 - Parking and transport routes nearby!
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:15pm

The company: A well-established, successful medium-sized law firm in the heart of Bradford City Centre.
Brief Overview of Responsibilities:
You will play a key role in organising and managing our events, ensuring they run smoothly, professionally, and successfully. In addition, you will provide general administrative support to the marketing team in a wide range of areas, from posting content on our website and various social media to creating and distributing engaging communications.
Within your new role you will be responsible for:
* Covering the entire event management lifecycle.
* Organising the venue, catering, and getting all the right equipment needed to the venue.
* Ensuring all guests are aware of all information needed for the event.
* Following up all information and specific data received after all events.
* Analysing research data and sharing all the research with necessary departments.
* Developing and implementing a strategic communications plan to advance the firm's brand reputation.
* Copywriting - preparing for public speaking, press releases, pitches, and other external opportunities.
* Driving Marcom workflow to deliver creative ideas and tactical execution excellence.
* Helping in the development of the communication strategy by partnering with key internal stakeholders.
* Uncovering trends, data, and insights.
* Developing communication and marketing plans.
* Understanding underlying reasons why clients act and believe as they do in relation to the business.
Skills/experience required for this position:
* Previous experience within the Communications and Events field.
* Confident and articulate communicator with a friendly and approachable attitude.
* Excellent eye for detail.
* Experience using CRM systems.
