We are currently recruiting for an Administrator our client in Stevenage
Role Type: Contract
Length of Assignment: 12 weeks
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Pay Rate: £12.05ph
As an administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the area local operational management team with any administrative duties required on a day to day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Day to day administrative tasks and any other relevant duties as requested including HR paperwork, adhoc reports, and gathering information for compliants
Preparing documents with a high degree of accuracy including confidential letters and reports, so you must be able to exercise discretion
Participate in meetings, taking notes and minutes as required
Filing, both paper and electronic, to a high standard
Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the line managerAbout you:
Educated to NVQ 3 or equivalent
Previous experience of working in an administrative environment
Comfortable and able to navigate IT systems, including Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills, whether face-to-face, email, or telephone
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
