Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line HR advice to employees, managers, and applicants.
Assist with recruitment processes, including job advertisements, shortlisting, and interviews.
Support with sickness absence reviews and pre-employment checks.
Prepare HR documentation such as job offers, contracts, and reports.
Maintain HR records and ensure data protection compliance.
Act as HR representative in disciplinary, grievance, and harassment investigations.
Essential Experience & Skills: CIPD Level 3 qualification or 2 years' HR experience.
Experience in recruitment, HR administration, and managing employee queries.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with HR systems and processes.
