Job Title: Social Worker – Independence and Access Team

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a new member to join the Independence and Access Team at the London Borough of Haringey.
Responsibilities:
You will assess and prioritise incoming referrals from members of the public or other professionals or services, formulate an appropriate response, and take action to resolve or refer as appropriate. You will undertake emergency and other assessments of needs, risks, and options for adults with the most complex/high-risk care needs and/or circumstances, in accordance with legislative requirements, all relevant policies and procedures, and agreed performance targets.
Qualifications and Experiences:
You must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK driving licence, and have post-qualified experience. A degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
