A Consultant in Minimal Access Gynaecology Surgery postwithspecialinterestinEndometriosis isavailableatthe Liverpool Women’s NHS Foundation Trust and will provide support to the Consultant Endometriosis Team. This will be a substantive job.
The successful candidate will play an important role in the endometriosis service provision undertaking advanced laparoscopic surgery in gynaecology. They are expected to be involved in the regular, established endometriosis MDT meetingsand toparticipate injointoperating listswith colorectalandurologicalsurgeonsthatisalreadyestablished. The successful candidate will be expected to be part of the team developing new pathways and support the senior management team in shaping the future strategy of the gynaecology service within a specialist tertiary centre.
