ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Director of Beverage & Food, the Beverage Manager at W Edinburgh will have overall responsibility for the beverage programming within in the hotel, including the W Lounge on 11 th floor, W Deck rooftop bar on 12 th floor, the bar located within SUSHISAMBA restaurant on 10 th floor, Room Service, and all wet-led activations and amenities.
