They specialise in the development, distribution and management of luxury, cosmeceutical, spa and retail brands. Creative, yet commercial, the company has been achieving strong year-on-year growths with the team rapidly expanding to support the ongoing growth of the company and development of their portfolio both in the UK and internationally. They are now looking for a Finance Director to join their team based in Andover, Hampshire to assure the companies continued stable and profitable growth, with overarching responsibility of financial health & Governance as they enter into a period of largely organically funded growth. Finance Director, the role: Managing the finance team of 4 Ensuring good financial controls are maintained throughout the business Planning strategies and creating/rephasing budget Financial forecasting and monitoring cashflow Overseeing currency exchange and management Leading financial preparation for monthly, quarterly and annual management meetings Managing year end planning, processes and due diligence, statutory accounts and regulatory reporting Looking after employee payroll and statutory compliance Supporting the MD and CEO of the business as a member of the Senior Leadership Team Working closely with HR, legal, and finance departments Ensuring all contracts are financially robust, legally compliant, due diligence applied and in line with corporate standards and needs Supervising the companys General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance strategy Developing and managing business policies and procedures framework (regular audits, performance monitoring, process improvement and risk assessments) Updating the company risk register, and reporting to the SLT Finance Director, the person: Previous experience in a similar role and ownership of Finance, administration and governance Qualified to ACA, ACCA, CIMA level or equivalent Confident user of NetSuite, Excel and ERP/systems A hands-on approach in an entrepreneurial environment Solid IF/TF experience and focus on Reporting and KPI development Hands-on knowledge in accounting, month end and cashflow management Comfortable within fast paced environments and entrepreneurial led organisations Commercial awareness of the role of finance and business support functions Great communication skills Desirable: Strong working knowledge of UK legal requirements in data protection (GDPR) and Corporate Governance and legal regularly compliance HR Policy Management- experience working with HR teams Professional certification in Quality Management (e.g. ISO 9001, Six Signa) Experience with ISO Certificate processes and B-Corp certification framework Finance Director, the benefits: Competitive Salary Discretionary bonus Personal development - you will be challenged and encouraged to grow the role Flexible and hybrid remote working arrangements Private Health Insurance (after probation period) Opportunity to work in a commercial, friendly and supportive team Free Parking on site Product discount of 60% off RRP 22 days of Annual Leave (plus an extra day for every worked year up to 5 days in total) Pure Human Resources Limited works in partnership with Harpar Grace International in providing Recruitment support.
