Contracts Liaison Officer (Care & Telecare)
Location: Edinburgh / Glasgow / Hybrid
Working Hours: 35 hours per week (with flexible working arrangements being considered)
Remuneration: £38,100 – £40,153 per annum plus Pension & Benefits (pending pay review/uplift effective 1st April 2025)

About the Role
Hanover Scotland are excited to be recruiting for a new Contracts Liaison Officer role to join and support our Care & Telecare teams who are based across Scotland including Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Elgin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join at a time of growth and development within the organisation.
As Contracts Liaison Officer you will:
* Co-ordinate the range of activities required to bid for, win and manage Hanover’s care and telecare contracts (including commercial accounts within Telecare).
* Co-ordinate implementation plans for new business to ensure delivery of excellent customer service.
* Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and identify service delivery improvements as required.
About You
* Strong experience of working in roles which have direct customer contact (including corporate customer management).
* Proven track record of undertaking contract management activities.
* Committed to and focused on developing and maintaining long term customer relationships.
* Proficient in effectively addressing customer complaints to achieve a positive outcome.
