Hillfield Court is a distinguished Art Deco residential mansion block in Belsize Park, Camden, built in 1934. It comprises 113 apartments and is accessible from both Belsize Avenue and Glenloch Road. Situated on Haverstock Hill, between Chalk Farm and Hampstead, it offers convenient access to Belsize Park tube station, as well as the shops and amenities of Belsize Village, South End Green, and Hampstead.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle general communications, telephone inquiries, and maintain a message log.
2. Oversee parcel deliveries and storage in the Block parcel rooms.
3. Replace accessible defective light bulbs and report inaccessible ones to the Building Manager.
4. Conduct daily inspections of internal and external communal areas, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
5. Report defects, repairs, security, or health and safety concerns to the Building Manager.
6. Coordinate with contractors for emergency work and assist with locating main services.
7. Maintain communal area cleanliness outside of cleaners' working hours.
8. Conduct daily litter collection across the estate.
9. Maintain planted garden beds and water as needed.
10. Perform H&S inspections, including monthly checks, emergency light tests, and daily patrols.
