Swanmore College is a popular, successful, and highly regarded Secondary school set in a rural location.
We are seeking to appoint a Senior Cover Supervisor to start as soon as possible. The role involves supervising classes in the absence of teachers, providing support for teaching staff, and assisting in after college clubs, as well as covering as a Learning Mentor/Teaching Assistant when required.
This person will contribute to the positive ethos of the College and must demonstrate the following attributes:
* An ability to work on their own initiative
* Educated to GCSE level with proficiency in Maths and English
* Experience of working in a school environment
* Adaptability and flexibility
* Experience in a teaching/learning/child support working environment
* Good communication skills and an ability to clarify and explain instructions clearly
* Well-developed interpersonal skills
