An excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our Golf Club client near Leatherhead has arisen. You will be part of a team of three chefs and a kitchen porter ensuring that our members and guests have a delicious dining experience every day. You will be responsible for general food prep and service on the day to day bar menu and also assist in prepping and serving the many functions we cater for week to week. You will ensure HACCP procedures are followed and that your work area is spotless at the end of every shift. You will also have responsibility for the kitchen and its smooth operation when the Head Chef is off.
Ability to bring ideas to develop the menu and daily specials would be an advantage.
Our Ideal Applicant:
* Prior experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef.
* NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent
* Level 2 Food Hygiene
* Good standard of written and spoken English
* High standard of personal presentation
* Be reliable, hard-working and passionate
