Job title: Operational Communications Manager Job Description: What you’ ll be do ing : Reporting to the Head of Communications for our Local Public Service business, you will work alongside and support the contract leadership team to shape and deliver a communications strategy to d rive engagement across internal and external audiences. Measuring progress, impact, and outcomes. Work ing closely with our People Team to align plans towards colleague engagement. Liaising with our client communications lead to align communications and messaging. With support from our PR and Public Affairs team, help ing promote contract achievements externally, and where necessary, plan for and manage risk. Help ing amplify the contract and promote progress and achievements across the wider Capita business. What we’re looking for : A strong communicator with excellent writing skills. Strong I nternal C ommuni cations experience. ( E xternal C ommunications would also be beneficial ). Strategic communications experience. Strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage evolving and competing priorities - an adaptiv e, flexible, and organised approach is essential. An operational communications background would be beneficial, though not essential.
