If so, we want to hear from you We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who is ready to take charge, lead by example, and drive customer satisfaction through high-quality phone interactions. This is not your typical desk-based management role—approximately 90% of your time will be spent on the phones, directly engaging with customers, helping the service team, and ensuring every conversation counts. We are offering a basic salary of £32,000 OTE £34,000 plus company benefits.
