We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Asset Portfolio Manager in the Asset & Regeneration Team. This post will be based at our Stanley or Gosforth offices and is a permanent full-time position.
About the role
The successful candidate will have experience of asset management within the private rental sector. They will provide asset and property management advice focusing on Karbon’s market rent portfolio. This will range from the delivery of a strategic plan, asset option appraisals, and value-add opportunities to increase revenue and grow the portfolio.
About you
We seek an enthusiastic and personable individual with knowledge and experience of the sector, and awareness of challenges and upcoming legislative changes affecting the industry.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated, capable of working to a high standard, individually and collaboratively. You will have good time management and a clear strategic focus on delivering an asset plan to drive the performance and growth of the portfolio and ensuring that targets and KPI’s are achieved.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.

* Asset Portfolio Manager – permanent role
* Salary is £53,734 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2,260 per annum
* Location: Stanley or Gosforth
* Regular travel will be required
* 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
