Our Business Services team is seeking an experience Business Services Adviser, in our Melton Mowbray office. This role will be instrumental in supporting the business services manager by undertaking the preparation of client accounts and assisting with the provision of a comprehensive accounting and business advisory service. Your responsibilities Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day: Developing working relationships with clients and assisting in all aspects to maximise yield and performance is a key part of this role. Where appropriate, you will initiate and take an active role in business development by promoting our full range of services to clients. You will work as part of a team to support the training and development of team members, including regular reviews of work and providing constructive feedback to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services. You will confidently provide high-level client work, efficiently and within budget, requiring minimal assistance and supervision.
