My client, an established agent, is seeking a Branch Sales Manager who is able to lead a team and continue with the branch's success.
The successful candidate will be a bright and confident character with a passion for customer service, initiative, a 'can do’ attitude, and lots of energy. You will also need to be proactive to help, assist, and continue the growth of their business and develop staff.
Your responsibilities
* Identify & follow up on new leads/business generation
* Carry out viewings
* Negotiate and agree offers on properties
* Deal with enquiries via email and telephone
* Carry out valuations and listings
* Drive branch profitability
* Manage staff performance
* Provide training and support to staff
Experience & skills
* Experience in property sales
* People management
* Strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and good general IT skills
* Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a professional and friendly customer service
* Full clean UK driving licence and car
