Do you want to support young people and help shape their future? We are seeking enthusiastic Sociology & Criminology Graduates to work in primary and secondary schools across Wigan. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working with students who may have social, emotional, and behavioural needs. Role Overview: Work with students who require additional support, including those with behavioural challenges, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) needs, or at risk of exclusion. Assist teachers and pastoral staff in promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning. Support intervention programs aimed at reducing school exclusions and improving attendance. Gain valuable experience in safeguarding, mentoring, and restorative practices. What We’re Looking For: A degree in Sociology, Criminology, or a related subject. A passion for supporting young people in education. Strong communication and behaviour management skills. Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
