About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Powder Coater / Paint Sprayer to join our team in Redditch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in powder coating or industrial paint spraying, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing surfaces for coating, including cleaning and masking
* Applying powder coatings or wet paints to a high standard
* Operating and maintaining spray guns, booths, and curing ovens
* Ensuring quality control and finishing work to exact specifications
* Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
* Previous experience in powder coating or paint spraying (essential)
* Ability to work efficiently to deadlines and high standards
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
