The Role
As a Growth and Change Coordinator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be working within the heart of an operational HQ, coordinating and liaising with key internal stakeholders and the Ministry of Defence Authority.
Day-to-day, you’ll be part of an experienced and diverse team coordinating important activities:
* Co-ordinate responses to change notices, supporting functional leads and Multi-Functional-Teams through the appropriate process lifecycle.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Collating, capturing and inputting customer and internal data and requirements.
* Reviewing and tracking opportunities, ensuring adherence to processes and governance policies.
* Organising and supporting growth meetings, change meetings and customer requirement reviews.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides flexible hybrid working arrangements with working days onsite and working days from home.
Experience of the Growth and Change Coordinator
* Previously worked in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, often within compressed timelines.
* Essential - Experience in requirement analysis and scope breakdown, including the ability to deconstruct Statements of Work (SOW) and effectively communicate information to stakeholders.
* Essential - Experience or strong desire to be involved in the development and preparation of proposals within the Defence sector, ideally within the Space domain or C5ISR environment.
* Desirable experience of working in the Military Satcom environment.
* Essential - IT skills – basic Microsoft office, database entry.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. However, the successful candidate will be eligible to start on Standard (BPSS) security clearance but will need to obtain and achieve Security Check (SC) security clearance once in post.
