What is my Role?
As an Senior Business Development Executive, you will be based at our Northampton office. You will play an essential role in driving new business sales. Your primary role will be account management, calling cold to warm leads and utilising your outstanding communication skills to effectively convey the benefits of our service to potential prospects.
Key Responsibilities
* Establishment of new sales channels and Identifying opportunities for new business through market research and develop profitable new business
* Building and maintaining client relationships with prospects
* Research into potential new clients
* Build and maintain a new CRM
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
* Develop and implement sales plans and strategies
* Prepare proposals and presentations for clients
* Negotiate contracts with clients
What We Are Looking for From You
* MUST have proven experience selling, Network Cabling solution, Wireless Networks, IPCCTV/Door Access, Network Hardware, Telecom services, is preferred.
* MUST have experience in a B2B sales environment.
* Proven track record in NEW business development and sales
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Experience in the networking industry or related field
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, development and management of customer relationships
* A good knowledge of, Network Cabling, Wireless Networks and Network Hardware.

* Salary £30K - 45K + OTE
* 20 Days Holiday Per Year plus Bank Holidays

* Working Hours – 9.00AM - 5.00PM - Monday To Friday
* Hybrid working available after probation period (hybrid working is a maximum of 2-days per week from home).
