* Business development support, including CRM and LinkedIn administration on behalf of the CEO, communications with prospective and current suppliers, and contract and supplier administration
About You

* Previous administrative experience, preferably in a similar role
* Experience working with CRM software
* Ability and desire to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment
* Ability to travel internationally when required
* Based in Scotland with a full UK driving licence and able to commute regularly to Newbridge, Edinburgh
Desired
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Foreign language (working level)
Person Specification
* Your attitude and work ethic aligns with our core values.
* Assertive personality with a self-motivated, can-do attitude
* Well-spoken with a professional, compelling, and engaging telephone presence
* You thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment
* Committed to excellence
Ideally, you will also have a strong interest in sustainability and zero-waste/green technology. This is a huge part of our business and we want someone who shares our passion for the environment!
