Location: London – Heathrow with travel to Midlands, including Manchester, Birmingham, and other sites. Must have a valid UK license and own car.

The HR Administrator will support employees, managers, and the HR team with maintaining and updating the Workday system and handling HR queries.
Role Responsibilities
The HR Administrator is a frontline HR employee with an important role focusing on operational excellence and continuous improvement. The role will entail travel to sites in the Midlands, focusing on capturing data from various locations. All travel and accommodation to sites will be expensed.
Your responsibilities and activities will include:
* Managing the audit and gap filling for UK compliance documentation
* Meeting defined SLA metrics for providing accurate, consistent, and timely services
* Performing back-office process execution, high volume transactions, and aligning with company policies and procedures
* Completing relevant research to support query resolution
* Executing processes in line with policies and standard operating procedures
* Supporting ad hoc projects and activities related to HR
Role Qualifications and Skills
* Providing administrative support to the HR team as required
* Being proactive and supporting the team in delivering projects and initiatives
* Having a good understanding of HR policies and procedures
* At least 6 months of experience in HR administration
* Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
* Experience with Workday (HR system) is essential
