Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Outbound Sales Development Manager (SDR Manager) to lead and manage our outbound sales teams. This is a 100% remote role where you will be at the forefront of shaping the outbound sales strategy, overseeing a team of telemarketers, and managing email and LinkedIn outreach efforts. Your goal will be to ensure we generate high-quality sales opportunities for our clients. You’ll set the strategy, and your team will execute it to drive meaningful conversations with target accounts in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead a team of telemarketers focused on outbound calling.
* Oversee and coordinate email and LinkedIn outreach teams to create a multi-channel outbound approach.
* Develop and refine outbound cadences and sales scripts to ensure effectiveness and engagement.
* Ensure the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Monitor performance, track key metrics, and optimize processes to ensure the team delivers sales-qualified opportunities (SQOs).
* Collaborate with leadership to align on target accounts and goals, ensuring success in meeting client objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales, particularly with corporate accounts in the UK.
* Experience in building outbound cadences using multiple channels (calls, email, LinkedIn).
* Strong leadership and team management experience, with a focus on hiring, training, and motivating SDRs.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to set clear expectations and deliver results.
* A results-driven mindset with the ability to optimize processes and drive team performance.
