You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to create high-quality content, deliver engaging communications, and ensure our messaging is on brand, effective, and inclusive. Whether it’s planning a campaign, writing compelling copy, supporting internal comms or helping to run an Open Event, you’ll be at the heart of a collaborative team that’s shaping how Blackburn College connects with its community. We’re looking for a passionate, proactive communicator who is ready to make an impact. You’ll need: Proven experience in creating and managing engaging content in a professional context. Experience supporting marketing campaigns across digital and print. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. A keen eye for detail and the drive to deliver consistently high-quality work. Excellent organisational and time management skills - with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Brilliant writing and editing skills, with a flair for engaging different audiences. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and provide recommendations. A collaborative, flexible attitude and a willingness to support College events (including occasional evenings or weekends).
