Job Title: Safeguarding Training Officer (Part-Time) Salary: Commencing at £13,978 with progression to £14,819 per annum Closing Date: 2025-03-02 About the Role What You Will Do Design and develop engaging online and face-to-face training resources, ensuring content is tailored to a range of contextual safeguarding topics. Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive, group-wide annual safeguarding training program. Deliver innovative and impactful safeguarding training to staff across various roles, adapting content and approach to meet diverse learning needs. Monitor and promote compliance with mandatory safeguarding training, ensuring all staff meet required standards and remain up to date with best practices. About You Expertise in Safeguarding – You’ll have a broad understanding of safeguarding issues in education and society, ensuring our training reflects best practice and changes to legislation. Innovative Training Design – You’ll create engaging presentations and resources tailored to different learning styles, using a range of digital platforms. Confident and Adaptive Trainer – You’ll deliver training effectively, adapting your style and content for a diverse audience. Influential and Engaging Communicator – Through your training, you will inspire and influence others to drive positive outcomes for students.
