Job Description:
Liaise with the employer and their clients to design, develop, and maintain websites and related applications. Will be responsible for maintaining the websites, performing backups, and data recovery as well as ensuring the appropriate security systems are in place. In addition, the person will design and deliver written communication, digital signage, and presentations. The person will also be involved in managing social media, monitoring web presence, and providing outage and maintenance notifications. The successful applicant will provide support to the business office in Nottingham by working closely with the Director and staff of the Company.
Education:
Degree or Professional Experience (1 year preferred)
Requirements for the Role:
1. 1st and 2nd line support experience
2. Experience in using IT Helpdesk system
3. Basic Active Directory administration
4. Design and develop a protected database system
5. Design and establish methods to ensure the appropriate security of Client data
6. Develop and maintain a website and applications
7. Activate and monitor a live chat facility on our website
8. Basic TCP/IP Networking skills
9. Installation of PCs and other IT Equipment
Salary:
£21,500.00 Per Year
