Service Advisor
**About the Role**
As a Service Advisor at Inchcape Retail Limited, you will be the main point of contact for all customer communication while their vehicle is undergoing maintenance and repair in our Retail Centre. You will have the drive to deliver outstanding and trusted experiences for our customers, working with world-class brands.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the vehicle's maintenance and repair process
* Work closely with our technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of work
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and vehicle maintenance
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
