Maintain and enforce high customer service standards to enhance the shopping experience. Supervise and manage weekly sales performance, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions where necessary. Supervise stock ordering and visual merchandising to maximise profitability and sales potential. Ensure strict adherence to financial procedures, including cash handling and banking processes. Recruit, train, and supervise store employees, while monitoring productivity and overall performance. Perform additional tasks as needed to improve overall business efficiency.
