Role Context:
The main objective of this role is to proactively advise on and deliver business aligned talent activity to develop capability for now and the future. Acting as a business partner and point of contact, you will manage expectations, engage learners, and build relationships.
A key focus will be on talent assessment and identifying development needs. You will facilitate workshops and training sessions (including leadership upskilling and team effectiveness) at all levels of the business both in person and virtually. You will also get involved in planning, promoting, and rolling out new initiatives and global learning programmes, collaborating across Worley and contributing to the delivery of the People Strategy.
You'll be:
* Partner and connector to leaders and people team to talent & capabilities, tools, processes, and deliverables.
* Current on learning and development related tools, techniques, strategies, and practices in order to provide relevant, informed consultative advice to colleagues, SMEs and key stakeholders.
* Coach and develop leaders to deliver what matters.
* Ensure talent activities reinforce Worley values and demonstrate our behaviours in continued support of our ambition and strategy.
* Champion our leadership principles, by focusing on knowing self, building everyday leadership habits & practices, and extending through leadership transitions.
You'll have:
* DISC Certification is desirable, but it is not essential.
* Strong experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or other relevant roles.
* Up to date knowledge in talent management and enthusiasm for developing others.
* Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
* Drive for continuous improvement.
* Experience of proactively using networks and partnerships across a global environment.
* Astute commercial consideration in all decision making.
* Highly organised and able to work on multiple projects of various size and complexity.
* Action oriented and ability to work at pace.
* Approachable, team player with good problem-solving skills. Good presence and able to build credibility.
* Highly proficient with all Microsoft applications.
