We are seeking a Client Manager to join our dynamic and established firm. This role is perfect for a qualified ACA/ACCA professional with 2 years of post-qualification experiencewho is looking to engage directly with clients and manage a diverse portfolio. The successful candidate will be involved in everything from the ensuring preparation of accounts to client advisory and staff supervision.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide comprehensive business services to a portfolio of clients including Limited Companies, Partnerships, and Individuals.
* Prepare year-end and management accounts, as well as VAT returns.
* Ensure statutory compliance of clients in all accounts and taxation matters.
* Prepare corporate and income tax returns and computations.
* Conduct client meetings, offer advisory services, and handle correspondence.
* Maintain technical standards through ongoing training and reading.
* Promote the services of the firm and contribute to its growth.
* Report to and liaise with the Partners on various matters.
* Supervise junior and other support staff, including planning and monitoring of work, providing on-the-job training, and assessing job performance.
* Manage the onboarding of new clients and maintain strong client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified ACA or ACCA with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
* Excellent communication skills and client-facing ability.
* Strong technical proficiency in accountancy and taxation.
* Effective supervision and delegation skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
