Key Skills and Qualifications to succeed in this role:
* Experience in a warehouse or transport office is a plus
* Solid Excel skills – you’ll need to be confident with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
* Strong data entry abilities and attention to detail
* Minimum GCSE pass in Maths and English
* A natural team player with great communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage your workload independently
* Punctual, proactive, and customer-focused
Key duties & Responsibilities:
* Managing key customer accounts from order receipt to delivery
* Processing customer orders, updating inventory, and planning inbound/customer deliveries
* Providing quotes for inbound sea freight and liaising with overseas agents, carriers, and suppliers
* Coordinating customs clearances, inputting entries, and ensuring timely documentation
* Using our in-house systems (Azyra/Snap) to book and track jobs
* Confirming fulfilments via our WMS and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery
* Monitoring SLAs, generating weekly KPIs, and taking action to exceed targets
* Conducting weekly invoice reconciliations and resolving stock queries
* Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email
