Here’s what you’ll be doing: They will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of annual, monthly, quarterly, or weekly payrolls. The allocation of clients will be based on experience and complexity of client’s needs. ✅ Accurate processing of client payrolls across weekly, monthly, quarterly pay cycles ✅ Setting up PAYE schemes with HMRC ✅ Maintaining and updating client and employee permanent changes ✅ Assisting with other ad-hoc duties as required ✅ Knowledgeable in the administration of auto enrolment pensions via payroll What We’re Looking For: We're looking for a motivated payroll professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. While a CIPP technician qualification is preferred, practical experience is equally valued. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and databases, are essential, and experience with STAR/Iris or PayCircle is a plus. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent customer care skills, the ability to build strong relationships, and a proactive approach to meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
