Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Property Technology (PropTech) sector. The ideal candidate will manage and expand client accounts throughout Europe, focusing on selling innovative software solutions tailored to a wide range of industries, including healthcare, retail, hospitality, residential, commercial real estate, and property management. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong relationships, and positioning our products as the go-to solution for diverse property technology needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development and Account Management
* Identify and target new sales opportunities within London’s healthcare, retail, hospitality, residential, and commercial real estate markets.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
* Present software solutions to potential clients, clearly articulating their value and how they address business pain points across industries.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and finalizing sales agreements.
Lead Generation and Networking
* Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging webinars and digital marketing campaigns.
* Cultivate relationships within the healthcare, retail, hospitality, residential, and construction sectors to uncover sales opportunities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored campaigns and content for lead generation, specific to different industries.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting
* Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Provide timely sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities.
Customer Support and Success
* Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale by coordinating with customer success teams for product implementation, training, and onboarding.
* Provide ongoing support and upsell additional products or services as customers grow.
* Address client concerns promptly, delivering solutions to ensure long-term client retention.
Collaboration and Teamwork
* Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
* Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices.
Qualifications
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
Experience
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally within the PropTech, healthcare, retail, hospitality, residential, or technology sectors.
Skills
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
* Strong understanding of the property technology industry and its software solutions across multiple verticals.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
* Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
