A challenging and rewarding position has arisen for a Health and Safety Advisor to cover sites across the M4 corridor for a leading property developer with a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence.
As part of the organisation's health and safety team, this role reports directly to the Health and Safety Manager and will lead on regional operational health and safety duties across the South West region, including fulfilling CDM (Construction Design and Management) regulatory responsibilities to ensure compliance across all projects.

The successful Health and Safety Advisor will:
Hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
Have proven expertise in working operationally across a regional property and construction portfolio.
Be an excellent communicator capable of building robust stakeholder relationships.
Lead on incident investigations, ensuring timely and high-quality reporting with actionable insights.
Oversee CDM duties, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations, supporting project teams with risk assessments, method statements, and ensuring health and safety obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
In return, the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting of:
£44,000-£49,500
