Salary £30,000 - £32,000
Monday-Friday / 37.5 hours per week
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturer based in Telford as a Sales Administrator. Our client is looking for someone to join them to cover a period of maternity leave for 12 months. The role of Sales Administrator will be working in a fast paced, busy environment and will require someone who is flexible and has a responsive approach; together with initiative to identify and focus on what needs to be done. The core responsibility of this role will be typically focused around handling enquiries, raising quotations, sales order processing and advising on lead times, however we do ideally want someone who has that drive to spot clients who need checking in with, or following up on a lead to see if you can secure an extra order if you think there is a chance.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
1. Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, or web.
2. Raising quotations and discussing pricing and projects with clients.
3. Processing orders that come in via email, portals and the telephone.
4. Collaborate with the external sales team to coordinate customers proposals and follow-ups.
