Key Responsibilities: Managing multiple timber frame build projects from start to finish. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, including conducting site inspections. Leading and coordinating site teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals. Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure delivery excellence. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and housing associations. Proactively addressing challenges and problem-solving to ensure smooth project completion. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or a Site Manager ready for the next level. Strong knowledge and expertise in timber frame builds. Certifications: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and First Aid. Experience with housing association projects is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
