Alongside allocating, overseeing and quality reviewing the work of other business analysts. Working collaboratively with the programme/project manager you will support them with scoping & planning, risk management, delivery assurance and issue resolution.
Throughout project/programme delivery you will be focused on business outcomes, ensuring that analysis work packages are aligned to expected benefits with full traceability and managing the impact assessment of requested changes, challenging any deviations that impact the business case outcomes.
You will support the Head of Change Practices with the refinement and continuous improvement of business analysis artefacts, models, and standards. Advocating use and promoting the value of business analysis services across the organisation.
