One of my prestige commercial clients is looking for Customer Service professionals to join their very busy and experienced customer memberships Insurance team in Bradford. You could have experience working within a busy customer service department, banking, finance or corporate contact centre as long as you are confident and love customer service, training is offered to develop you in your new career, you will be first point of contact with customers. Your customer service skills are key for this role, you will enjoy delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service to all existing customers, have a professional and personable manner, have the ability to engage with customers, my client will encourage you to identify the customers specific membership requirements, transfer the call to the right contact if you cannot progress with the customer enquiry, provide full customer support, update all customer records accurately. Revise new and existing customer contracts, advise customers with the next stage process and update any compliant administration. Full training will be given and you have the opportunity to observe the other team members with questions and answers of the service, to understand your customer requests and have the confidence to provide the right solution for customers.
