We're excited to be looking for a Safer Homes Scheduling Operations Planner to join our team, supporting our fantastic Trades operatives to deliver a timely and efficient repairs service for our customers, promoting our 'first time fix' ethos.
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills are a must as you'll effectively manage the operatives' diaries to ensure the right colleague is sent to the right job. Your planning will reduce travel time, maximise productivity, and focus on delivering exceptional customer service, which is at the heart of this role.
You'll also communicate regularly over the phone with our contractors and suppliers to arrange the delivery of services and equipment, as well as keeping our customers informed about when we will carry out the service.
