DEVLND Ecommerce Ltd is a dynamic and innovative ecommerce company specialising in building, managing, and scaling online retail operations for various in-house website within the Hair & Beauty Sector. Founded in 2009 with a passion for digital excellence and a deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape — from web development and platform management to digital marketing, customer experience, and logistics integration. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels. This role will be responsible for developing ecommerce strategies, optimising the online customer experience, managing digital marketing initiatives, and driving revenue growth across all ecommerce platforms. Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy aligned with business objectives. Manage the day-to-day operation of the ecommerce website(s), ensuring a seamless user experience and high performance. Plan and implement promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and new product launches online. Analyse website performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, AOV, CAC, etc.) and optimise to improve results. Oversee product listings, pricing, merchandising, and online content accuracy. Work closely with marketing & purchasing to ensure alignment of campaigns and stock availability. Lead SEO/SEM efforts to drive organic traffic and paid campaign performance. Manage third-party relationships with web developers. Monitor and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior management. Stay updated with ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the business competitive. Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience in ecommerce management, ideally in a [relevant industry like beauty, fashion, health, etc.]. Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Magento 2, WooCommerce,). Experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Social Media Advertising). Highly analytical with experience in Google Analytics, GA4, or similar tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a strong commercial mindset.
