Patient Safety Incident Response Framework Implementation Lead (Fixed Term 1 year)
Location: York
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
My client is a leading national charity supporting adults who have suffered from brain injuries. Comprising assessment centres, rehabilitation units, and hospitals, they are looking for a Patient Safety Incident Response Framework Implementation Lead to develop, implement, and embed their PSIRF.
Please note that this role will involve travel to various sites when needed.
The right candidate will have:
* Extensive experience in a patient safety role with an understanding of approaches to improving patient safety.
* Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or equivalent senior experience in a health & social care related field.
* Expertise in successfully delivering projects or a project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies.
* In-depth knowledge of statutory requirements for the health & social care sector, including health and social care regulations and guidance.
* Ability to analyse complex data and investigate problems to develop a range of solutions.
* Good knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and requirements, governance, incident response, risk management, and measuring and improving quality and safety.
