Job Profile The post holder will provide administrative support to the Council Tax, Benefits and Business Rates case team, using strong organisational skills to maintain high attention to detail and confidentiality, to ensure the smooth running of the service. The post holder will need to have a flexible approach to work as aside from core daily tasks, additional tasks may be required. Applicants will need the ability to manage their own workload and use their own initiative. The post holder will be required to undertake some training and support as identified. This role attracts a salary between £23,695 – £26,633. Offers are usually made at the lower end of the salary band allowing for progression. This role is classed as Agile. Office working will be needed full time during the training period but once training has progressed effectively, the successful applicant will be able to work from home part of the working week on a rota basis with colleagues. Our usual office/home working split is 50/50. The role does not provide parking.
