Job Title: National Sales Manager - Haematology
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a dedicated National Sales Manager for Haematology to lead our field-based team of Therapy Specialists. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, fostering team performance, and building relationships with key clinical stakeholders to enhance patient access to our portfolio of Haematology medicines.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading and coaching a national team of Therapy Specialists to achieve clinical sales excellence.
2. Creating and implementing sales strategies, targets, and incentive schemes in collaboration with the Head of Commercial Operations.
3. Understanding market dynamics and identifying opportunities for growth.
4. Ensuring accurate business forecasting, reporting, and strategic account management.
5. Developing relationships with national clinical KOLs and healthcare professionals.
6. Driving customer-centric approaches and embedding compliance and ethical standards.
7. Managing team recruitment, development, and performance to build a high-performance organization.
8. Collaborating across functions to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand plans.
