A vacancy has become available as a Virtual Ward Manager within Respiratory Medicine. The main aspects of this role will be to coordinate the care of patients on the Virtual Ward Pathway and the coordination of the MDT to provide safe, effective care to patients. You will work collaboratively with a variety of acute and community teams. We are looking for a highly skilled clinical expert with specialised knowledge in caring for patients and their carers. You will also be a key part in supporting the expansion of the Respiratory Virtual Ward Services, including the potential recruitment, management, and development of quality improvement practices.
