Operating within the Vestas Northern & Central Europe North and West business unit, we focus exclusively on selling, constructing, and operating onshore wind power plants. The Sub Supplier Management team is responsible for the subcontractor hiring, operational, and administration needs to ensure service and maintenance of our customers' wind power plants in all of the markets. Together with our colleagues throughout Vestas, we handle some of the largest operational projects for some of the most complex customers in Europe. Responsibilities
* Regional responsible for PR/PO creation, GR, and invoicing
* Onboarding subcontractor technicians and maintenance of sub-supplier system profiles
* Supporting local functions in potential claims against sub-suppliers
* Forecasting of Vestas subcontractor requirements and associated hiring of subcontractor companies
* Compliance with local and national legislation
Qualifications
* Good IT skills in MS Office, experience with Salesforce, and SAP
* Experience in a cross-functional, international setting and understanding of team dynamics
* Extensive English skills both oral and written
* Ability to work both with limited supervision and in international teams
* Ability to handle multiple assignments, organize, and prioritize tasks
* You are very structured and have a good overview
* Good understanding of the process and a proficient data discipline
