Marketing and Communications Lead at Worcestershire Association of Carers

Worcestershire Association of Carers is a registered charity that was founded in 1997. We act as an independent source of information, advice and support for unpaid carers across the County.
Job Overview
1. To be the welcoming first point of contact for carers, professionals and members of the public contacting Worcestershire Association of Carers (WAC)
2. Support carers to access relevant information and appropriate services
3. Provide consistent and accurate administrative and project support across a range of duties
4. Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with staff and internal and external customers, including sub-contractors
