Job Purpose
As a CRM Consultant at Massive Rocket, you'll play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, SMS, push notifications, content cards, and WhatsApp…etc. While you won't be responsible for creating or leading strategy development, you will meticulously plan and execute campaigns based on strategies provided by our clients or developed by our strategy team. You'll collaborate closely with our clients, working hand-in-hand to translate campaign strategies into impactful initiatives that drive results. You'll guide our project team to success, ensuring seamless execution, efficient operations, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Lead the execution of CRM initiatives within the Braze platform for our clients across various channels
* Configure and customize the Braze platform to implement agreed-upon strategies and campaigns
* Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using Braze’s messaging capabilities
* Utilize Braze's segmentation and personalization features to tailor campaigns to specific audience segments.
* Collaborate with the strategy team or other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
* Partner with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that deliver lasting results.
* Manage and analyze large datasets to understand customer behavior and trends.
* Master Braze and its features to deliver innovative solutions that elevate our clients' success.
* Relevant document and reporting creation (e.g Measure and report on the performance metrics of executed campaigns..etc)
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Automation Specialist role in the CRM space
* Strong skills in working with Braze
* Attention to detail, including QA of CRM Campaigns, Integrations & relevant documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with best practices
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing
* Understanding of relational databases and data structures
* Proactive mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills gained through experience in a client service environment (e.g., agency, client-facing role..etc)
* Experience working an agency setting or client facing roles
* C1 level of English proficiency
This is a temporary contract opportunity with an initial duration of 3 months and the possibility of extension.
