Is this role for you?
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior GTM Systems Administrator to continuously enhance and optimise our Salesforce platform, ensuring they align with business needs and deliver an exceptional user experience. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, designing scalable best-practice solutions, and managing the CRM roadmap to drive efficiency and growth.
You will play a key role in user management, from handling support requests and delivering training to designing intuitive solutions that improve adoption and satisfaction. A strong understanding of Salesforce administration, governance, and change management is essential, enabling you to assess our current setup, identify areas for improvement, and implement impactful enhancements.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role, requiring you to work closely with stakeholders across teams, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects effectively, and communicate changes with clarity will be crucial to ensuring our CRM platforms evolve to meet both immediate and long-term business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage, optimize, and configure CRM systems (Salesforce) to enhance efficiency and user experience.
* Ensure compliance, security, and system integrity through proactive monitoring, updates, and governance best practices.
* Develop and enhance workflows, dashboards, reports, and automation processes to improve operational performance.
* Provide ongoing support, resolve system issues, and optimize underutilized features to maximize adoption.
* Define and manage a CRM roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, prioritizing enhancements and system improvements.
* Lead onboarding, training, and documentation efforts to drive user engagement and platform proficiency.
* Maintain data integrity through deduplication, automation, and enrichment processes.
* Oversee CRM integrations with third-party tools like Conga, Chargebee, and Gong.io, ensuring seamless functionality.
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align CRM capabilities with business goals.
* Engage in the People Manager community, foster collaboration, and uphold best practices in leadership and communication.
Requirements
* 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
* Salesforce Administrator certification(s)
* Additional Salesforce certifications an advantage (Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant)
* A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
* Designing scalable, best practice solutions
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills at all levels of the company.
* Translating requirements into technical solutions
* Experience in change management and governance.
* Training end users and key stakeholders
